What customization options are available?

In our webshop we offer a wide range of customization options, such as different types of pleats, reverse pleats, waves and eyelet curtains. The width, height, color and other details can be customized in the product configurator.

How do I place an order?

Once you have found the curtain you want, you can start configuring it in the product configurator on the right side of the product page. Pay attention to the small info labels that explain how each field works. If you still have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us at any time:

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Changes or cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of ordering.

What are the delivery times?

Delivery times vary depending on customization and fabric availability, but are usually between 2-3 weeks.

Do you offer international shipping?

We ship nationally within Switzerland, however if you have a special request please contact us and we will check if we can make it possible.

How much are the shipping costs?

No. We ship for free.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. We aim to dispatch within 1.5 weeks of receiving payment. Since we offer custom made curtains, we require a certain amount of development time.

What happens if my curtains arrive damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, TWINT, PostFinance and Apple Pay.

Do you offer special conditions for large orders or special orders?

Yes, for large orders for companies or special orders, such as for angled windows or special projects, we create individual offers and invoices. Once payment has been received, we start the production process to ensure that everything is implemented according to your wishes.

Are there any hidden fees?

No, all fees are clearly displayed at checkout, including taxes and shipping costs.

Is VAT included in the price?

Yes, all prices include VAT.

Can I get a refund if I am not satisfied?

Because each order is custom made, we do not offer refunds. However, we will work with you to resolve any issues.

We offer a range of lining options that are curtain specific and not standard with every curtain. These include blackout lining, thermal lining and standard lining. Additionally, we also offer eco-friendly, flame retardant and sound absorbing lining options.

Can I order curtains for unusually shaped windows?

Yes, we can tailor curtains for bay windows, arches and other non-standard window shapes.

We do not offer installation services, but we provide detailed installation instructions with each order.
